Before becoming a founder of TruVs, Sridhar worked for premier consulting companies such as Capgemini and Tech Mahindra. Sridhar has a rich consulting and business experience and has managed relationships with Fortune 100 enterprises. He has excelled everywhere he worked. Sridhar is an undergraduate in Mechanical engineering and completed his MBA from the Indian School of Business, a premier business school in India. He also did several Graduate level courses from Carnegie Melon University. Sridhar is an Advanced Scrum Product Owner, Team Software Process Launch Coach, Personal Software Process instructor, Scrum Master, Six Sigma Blackbelt, and a business process expert.

Sailaja is a backbone for TruVs. Graduated in Microbiology from Central University, one of the premier institutions in India, Sailaja is a serial entrepreneuer and has diverse experience in a number of industries. She heads operations and recruitment for TruVs.

Ann has been working for TruVs since its inception and has been an integral part of our growth. Ann grew up in Saco, Maine where she attended Thornton Academy and the University of Southern Maine. Despite the fact she has lived in Sammamish since 2001 and raised her family here, she will always be a proud New Englander! Ann is an extremely hard worker and strives to get things done right the first time. Ann is our Business Manager and oversees Human Resources and finance activities for TruVs.

Carrie is a successful, results-generating System and Business Analyst with experience in the delivery of complex enterprise solutions. Strong analytical and project management skills. Proven success in projects including multiple ERP implementations, industry analysis, growth strategy and corporate business process redesign. Industry experience includes consumer products, financial services, and high-tech. Considered a high-energy leader with a reputation for initiative, integrity and quality solutions and support. Team oriented with excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Jim brings 17+ years of experience as a Sr. Business Analyst/Program Manager to TruV’s, he has managed many projects that have significantly improved the efficiency, productivity, and bottom line of the companies he’s worked for. Through his extensive data, technology, financial, and project management skills, he’s been an integral part in automating manual processes, increasing productivity significantly, recouping millions in savings, increasing customer engagement, and completing projects ahead of schedule while increasing transparency into business analytics through custom dashboards.

Eliza Is a Business Systems Analyst whose work has provided her with extensive exposure and experience in finance, telecom, ERP and CRM fields of business. She worked with marquee customers like Microsoft, T-Mobile, Royal Bank of Canada and Metlife. Eliza is a stand out, she is not one to sit by and wait of things to happen, she makes them happen. She is an outstanding communicator and relationship builder with superior attention to detail. She is focused on automating various business processes using robotic process automation technologies enabling clients to propel to new levels of success.

Aaron possesses a customer-centric, can-do attitude that drives results and assists him in reaching not only his own goals but others in achieving their goals and ours as a team. Managing projects, Data Analysis, Business Intelligence, Testing, and Customer Service are his passions. He enjoys helping businesses "tell their story" through data, making changes, and decisions based on that knowledge.

Siree, is an experienced Business Analyst with a Masters in computer science from NMSU. Siree has an excellent track record in planning and maintaining product backlog, overseeing the release plan, business requirement elicitation and documentation, defining and implementing systems using industry best practices, leading the test campaigns (Systems Integration, Functional Testing, User Acceptance Testing(UAT)), coaching and mentoring new hires. Collaborated with the team of developers and QA resources for delivering numerous large customized solutions.

Jeannie is a meticulous and passionate Business Systems Analyst and IT professional, excellent at juggling multiple tasks and working under pressure. She has broad industry experience includes HR, retail, financial services, telecom, pharma and insurance. Jeannie has worked with colleagues at all levels within organizations to define business problems and solutions, identify priorities, develop consensus and mitigate risk in order to implement innovative technical solutions to improve business processes and customer satisfaction.

Hossanah is PMP certified with many years of experience in project, technical support and content management systems at differing levels of project phases, including defining project scope of work through to executing new processes and procedures across the organization. Hossannah has ability to quickly absorb and adapt new information regarding technology concepts and tools. She has strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate information to varying levels of audiences.

Ravi is an experienced business analyst with 12+ years of IT experience in Business Analysis, Project Management & Enterprise level SW Development Life Cycle. He has successfully executed multiple large-scale enterprise application projects across platforms such as SAP, MES, and BO ensuring delivery on time & under budget. I am passionate about agile mindset, business applications, and technology. He is currently engaged in business consulting work with Microsoft. As a part of this engagement, he is helping the Microsoft Enterprise Services division in business transformation initiatives.

Sudha is an experienced Business and QA Analyst. Sudha worked with marquee brands like Google, Abbott Laboratories, and Wageworks before joining TruVs. She is currently engaged in a Microsoft assignment where she is contributing as a business analyst for a very critical and complex business system impacting thousands of Microsoft employees. Sudha has a Master's degree in Electronics.
